  After arriving half hwr.early for scheduled apointment was forced to wait with other customers for three hours for owner to arrive no effort to call in let anyone know they were running late when confronted with their shortcomings owner of bisness became rude and condesnding and made us wait in parking lot this is a discracefull way to run a bisness pet owners be ware are you sure you want someone like this working on your pets highly suggest going some ware else

  This guy Ed is sick. I was there and he was a complete rude jerk. Marna is always extremely professional and very kind to both people and pets. This guy doesn't understand our way of life out here. You have to wait sometimes for things. He isn't even the dogs owner and was questioning her medical treatment and he's never been to one day of Veterinary Medicine School. The reason he had to wait in the parking lot is because he caused such a scene and was freaking out and obnoxious. You really should apologize to Marna she is one of the most compassionate loving people I know. Typical outsider that can't hack it here. Kathy Rogers
